zalman zmmic1 Help with my mic pls

I got a Zalman zmmic-1 that i used and worked great then i bought a new pc and the quality got awful i got a Asus B150-A I plugged them in at the back ports and they are quiet and when I boost it the background noise is loud. Help pls.

U have Skype? 

Skype broke my mic.

Just turn off auto adjust microphone

What? I dont understand i am new to this audio thingy. Maybe there's a problem with my sound card its an ALC887 I adjusted noise reduction and everything and still shit.
