overclocking?

so i am wondering if i am overclocking i don't remember over clocking my cpu but i may have because i saw this (attached pictuce). i have a 6600k cpu, a h55 water cooler and the asus z170 ProGamming motherboard. all of these are for overclocking but i wanted to overclock when i found a good tutorial for overclocking the cpu come out.also the cpu speed fluctuates based on what i am doing. i two ethernets listed in the picture because i have a vpn. so am i overclocking?

you turbo boosted to 4.1. Either that or someone you know upped the multiplier without you knowing

You dont need Overclocking for minecraft

yea i bosted probably  because no one else in my family knows how to even get in to the bios (its kinda sad that they don't know)

Task Manager doesn't report the correct speed, I've overclocked my CPU to 4.2 and Task Manager reports it at 4.75.

 

Use CPU-Z or HWMonitor

ok ill look at cpu-z

6600k only turbos to 3.9 

 

So, I'm guessing it's just task manager reporting incorrect figures - like it is very well known to do.
