Overclocking CPU/GPU

I currently have AMD A10 7890K Godaveri APU and its overclocked at stable 4.5 Ghz and iGPU at stable 1040 Mhz

If here are some good or expirience people/overclockers to tell me and help me can I push even furthure with this stock cooler "Wraith Cooler", I can change the coolers aswell if its required to push even more.

Complete PC Specs:

CPU: AMD A10 7890K with Wraith Cooler

MB: Asus A88X-Plus

RAM: 8GB KINGSTON HyperX 1866 Mhz

HDD: 500 GB WD

Case: MS CHAMPION

PSU: EVGA 500W

Some info is not needed but yeh

My current overclock is:

CPU: 4,5 Ghz

iGPU: 1040 Mhz

My question is can I get higher overclock with this cooler or even with other cooler.

By increasing Vcore or NB and also can memory be overclocked.

what are your voltages and temperatures?

Vcore i think its 1.44V and NB 1.23V I'm not 100% sure but 0.1V up and down no harm.
