wait till official launch and benchmarks result before you commit to buying the RX 480

 

it will be in a few weeks time

 

and Linus may get the first review sample

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
