Bootup screen..? I honestly have no clue. That doesn't look like a pair of dicks to me though. Unless it was 8==D, then I thing it's some random assembly of characters.; Still the funniest thing I have read today.

Your topic title is very deceiving...and not very inappropriate; high chance the mods will deal with it (or you).

Those colorful squares you are seeing, under normal usage, is referred to as artifacts, and it usually occurs when there is a problem with the GPU (e.g. defective VRAM).

Considering that your GTX 970 is brand-new, it might be just a little one-time "first ever start-up" thing.

Use your GTX 970 for a bit, and see if those artifacts come up again. If it does, then you may need to get a replacement GTX 970.

Yay a legit helpful reply thank you kind sir and as for your concerns I believe my topic was very appropriate for my problem. And I don't think it was misleading at all that's what my pc showed on my screen so bouncy colorful genitals. Now I'll admit I was very curious as to what this was so I did add a flashy unusual attention grabbing name for my topic but hey it worked you answered me so... Sorry for causing you some butt hurt hope you feel better soon.  NOW GO FORTH AND CONTINUE BEING HELPFUL TO THE CONUNITY I GIVE TOU THE ATHORITY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION!
