GTX580 artifacts

Hey guys. So here is the deal. Just got a used INNO3D GTX580. It is the stock cooled version. the problem is that when i power it on i get these green artifacts and only output on 1 of the 2 connectors.
I am using a dual PSU setup to power it and it has a 380W dedicated Antec PSU only for it.

I have already got my monet back but i will like to try and fix it as my HD5770 is running out of time.

It does not have any visable damage other than what looks like drop damage at one of the corners, but the only thing in that area is only a ground plane.

I have already cleaned the card and reapplyed thermal compund.

CPU: 2x E5620 - GPU: 2x GTX660 - RAM: 64gb DDR3 ECC - Mobo: Z800 OEM - Storage:1TB WD Green - 256gb - Micron C400 250gb - 850 EVO - 512gb 850 PRO
Monitors: 3x HP ZR2440W - Keyboard: G710 MX Blue - Mouse: MX Master

increase the voltage and lower the clock speed
