Steamlink over a network bridge

Hi guys,

i have two completly independent networks in my house with two different routers.

One for my office and one for the rest of the house.

Therefore my pc is not reachable from the network of my tv.

 

Is it possible with a second network card at my pc and the windows network bridging feature to use the steamlink anyway?

I just want to be sure before buying all that stuff.
