They are a bit on the high side but your temps are fine and should be lower in everyday usage.

Thank you for the input and they are usually around 30c when i'm browsing the internet and watching youtube. Just curious about the cinebench max temps here

I recommend to you this very handy thermal paste. is perfect for you since you are overclocking. you will see with this thermal paste lower temps. i use it and i saw a difference of 20°C over the artic silver 5

 

Is the  Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut cost 30$ and is the best thermal paste on the market.

Intel states max temp of the cpu at 64C (Haswell refresh was 72C). Just saying. Im surprised people say say it doesnt matter.

Its supposed to be the max temperature the CPU can handle without any issues. Overclocking brings in a lot more heat so im surprised the intel's info doesnt matter with overclocking.

That is pretty interesting, but i also don't think they include a water cooled build in those spec either.

Water or air, the chip is still hot over Intel 's Tcase spec. There are no different types of temperature so your watercooling argument is not valid. 

 

I'm not saying your chip will die. I don't OC.

 

I'm just curious about how come your CPU is so damn hot. We know GPUs can handle more heat than CPUs but your temps are close to GPUs' max temp limit.

My FX-8370 chip at 4.5GHz does not even reach 55c on CM 212 Evo... :P (my advice is check your cooler or thermal paste...)

I reapplied my thermal paste. The skylake processor does run hot and have gotten it to where it doesn't get above 77c when cinebench is running.

Well I think Intel said maximum is 80c so you are inn the safe zone! :3

I think i am too. maintaining 4.6 oc too. Still keeping a regular test routine for the time being to make sure i got everything right being this is my first real experience introduction into overclocking. Been researching for a good while but that only goes so far until you take the dive.
