Possible GPU Problem

So i had a HDD just kinda laying in my computer and it vibrated off and fell onto my GPU, the GPU gave a small spark but the PSU immediately shut down the system. I have noticed that the little blue ring that is the loading symbol on the cursor in Windows 8 sort of flashes, it has a appearing and dissapearing pixelated black ring around it. I have never noticed this before but i've never had a reason to so i might have just missed it. I have ran MSI's Kumbustor software and it runs fine so my question is do you think the GPU was damaged or its just a glitch with Windows 8.1 that i have never noticed yet. (I think i would have i noticed the ONE dead pixel in my 4K display. It does still have a warranty on it. Also i've been playing battlefield 3 on all ultra settings and it runs fine, no driver errors or anything so do you think that the GPU is fine.

Follow Helping's advice. Run Unigine Heaven for a few runs and look for artifacts.

laying on the 5.25 drive bay cage, it was supposed to be in there for a few minutes then i just decided to leave it and eventually the thing that i thought was going to happen but was hoping would not did. It fell
