can you use an mini itx board for skylake ? and how and where iam supposed ower up my mother board  im so confused please help. is this even a thing ?

This is the case inside, the green PCB is a DC to DC PSU, it takes the 19 V from the power brick and turns the into 12V, 5V and 3.3V

ohh ok thanks lad well i aint going for this chassi man i want a small computer fack having hard time picking chassi and mobo i do want to go for the nuc but i want to be able to play some geme aswell
