Office 2016 DVD doesn't work

I bought Windows 10 Pro and Office 2016 Pro over a local marketplace website for really cheap and I was shipped 2 home burned DVDs, no codes. I updated my rig to Win 10 and everything works fine. I tried installing Office, but during the installation process I got an error that some file was missing. I can't install Office. I'm pretty sure both the Win and Office are somehow pre-activated, because I didn't get or need any codes.

Is there a way I could get the Office product coed and install with like a downloaded installer or something? Is there anything I can do? (besides contacting the seller)

Check where? I dunno where you bought it from, but im 99% certain it was a pirate copy
