Help please. Is my system bottlenecked?

I am running a:

 

Mobo: AsRock Fm2a75 Pro 4

RAM: 4gbx2 ARES Ram = 8gb

COOLING: ID Cooling SE 212x

GPU: Sapphire R9 380

APU: A10 5800k

PSU: Thermaltake Litepower Series 550W

HDD: 300gb

I don't have an ssd.

Is this a bottleneck? Thanks for your help.

On cpu heavy games that apu is going to bottleneck that 380.

Well it depends on what you are playing.

Thank you so much. Well, I aim to play what the R9 380 can give at best. So far its been doing great in Battlefield: Bad Company and Call of Duty Black Ops 3

There are some fps drops in COD Black Ops 3 as well. But I was thinking that it may be a different issue.
