19inch and 27inch

Ok guys at the moment i am using 19inch [1280x1024] monitor and my distance from it is 70cm +/- 5cm. 

 

I plan buying 1080p [24inch] monitor or 1440p [27inch] what will be the save distance to look at them, so i dont have any headaches or get my eyes fucked. [Healty distance]

 

Btw i am using Flux software tho.

What's the question? Either would be fine.

And don't know anything about healthy distance, I think you should look serious sources just to see if it exists, but anyway, 70 cm seems to be a nice distance to be from you monitor. At that distance, both should be fine, although the 1440p should be sharper in terms of details.
