How long should I run my stability test?

I undervolted my laptop and I'm about to do a stability test via AIDA64. How long should I run it?

At least an hour or so. the longer, the surer you can be that it is stable

I usually do mine overnight. If I do it for about 2 hours, although it's VERY rarely, it still can crash during normal use.

Wouldn't stressing overnight be bad for a laptop? I mean, the cooling may give way(?)

The chances of it not automatically shutting itself off if it reaches melting temperatures is unlikely

Ideally to truly get a sense if its working properly, its recommended a 24hr run.

Aida64 is a good one. Many people also like OCCT and Intel Burn Test.

With Aida64 you will check the CPU is all you need to worry about.
