My PC doesn't have graphics card right now and i've been waiting almost 2 months for the 1080. Plus the release of the Strix said July 4th and i've searched everywhere and couldn't find it anywhere, i stayed past midnight last night to at least put in a pre-order and there was nothing.

Just wait another month. There'll be a lot of options available and even the 1070 will be out. Worse case scenario just buy the FE of either card as they've been getting shipments of those every week or so. If you're super impatient, go into your local store and put yourself down on the pre-order line for the FE.
