Over the past 3 days my ISP has decided that it hates me and this is the speed I have been stuck with :(

CPU: i5 2500K @ 4.2GHZ, GPU: AMD Radeon RX 480 4GB, RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb (2X4GB) 1600MHZ, Mobo: Asus P8Z77M, Chassis: Phanteks P400s Tempered Glass edition, Storage: Seagate 1TB + Samsung 2TB In RAID 0 + Crucial MX100 256GB SSD, Sound Card: Asus Xonar DS, Mouse: Steelseries Sensei, Keyboard: CM Storm Quick Fire Pro, Monitor: BenQ G2410HD + Samsung SA1900

What is it normally?

Ouch, that's bad. Running at >20% of normal speed should definitely earn them an angry call, though ;)

I had speed like that with considerably higher ping when I had a wireless ISP and it was storming...under normal circumstances, though..that's unacceptable. This isn't the dialup days!

Now, really, I know how is to wait one day to download a 100mb file. I've been there, using dial up

I think that these speeds are unacceptable. you'd better go with a big data contract on your phone and use your phone as a thetering device.
