So I saved a few paychecks to buy one of these. But my question is. Will they actually be for sale on the 4th? Cause I'd like to buy one as soon as they're available, rather than waiting for the backorders to come in.

CPU: i7 4790k Motherboard: Asus z97 Maximus VII Formula Ram: 16GB Kingston Hyper X Fury GPU: EVGA GTX 980 SC Case: Corsair Air 540

why not just sell your current one and get a 1080?

I'm selling the 980 to get a new chair. It would only cover about half of the 1080 anyway.

Nah, I play on a 1440p ROG swift. I'd like to be able to max out things like The Division and get a solid 60FPS without any comprimises. And then on games like battlefield, I'd like to do the same, except be able to take advantage of the high refresh rate.
