Jump to content

Take off the side panel in the other side of the case and see if you can see where the problem is from the back of the motherboard. Maybe you and ease the screw out.

 

EDIT: This is under the assumption your board is in a case. You are putting on the CPU block of the AIO right?

Sounds like you stripped the screw or the threaded backplate, you can try to turn it back and forth to try and wear the threads to carefully back it out.

Seee if you can carefully back the screw out first might take some force to wear the crossed or stripped threads, but you most likely will need to get a replacement or tap new threads for one size up if that's even possible.
