So several times today I've been using the windows explorer and at some point it will just start not responding then eventually ask me to close the program, then when I try to open it again it won't. I tried to restart my pc the first time but it was just stuck on the restarting loading page, eventually I had to force shut down the pc and when I turned it on again it was fine. It has since happened again and I want it to stop basically.

which harddisk are you using? Check if its pegged at 100% when the problem occurs

Also run defender and malwarebytes ; the usual
