artimis malware

i downloaded something yesterday and got infected with the artimis malware, i ran malware bytes and removed what was found and popups and re directory sites stopped popping up. i ran a full scan again with McAfee and it still found 2 left over what malware bytes diddnt detect after.

am i safe? can i log in to my accounts knowing im safe? it dosent have any spyware monitoring what im typing or anything? just really worried, thanks.

If you can, reinstall windows from a backup, or just do a fresh install. That's one of the only ways to make sure your 100% safe.

i dont have a copy of windows, i have prebuild pc, if i restore to factory settings would that clear it for deffo? or can i reset to an earlier date maybe instead?
