iPhone 6 64gb

Ok, so there is a used phone on sale. The thing about this iPhone 6 is the fingerprint ID doesn't work, and there is a little scratch on top of the iPhone which I think is too big of a problem. Do you think it is worth it to pay 200 dollars for it? It is att. It seems like a sweet deal, but I would like some opinions about this. Thank you

Seems like a personal opinion thing;

 

Personally, no, I wouldn't buy an iphone with a broken finger scanner, I use that thing 98% of the time.

 

If you don't really want the finger scanner, then go ahead

isnt the fingerprint ID thing not working a result of replacing the home button? (which iirc has a few other issues as well)

 

also, god knows what else is wrong inside that thing...

Oh yeah, forgot to mention, the home button still works apparently..

it works because they replaced it, thats why touchID is a dud, if i recall correctly our friend lous rossmann mentioned something about iOS updates bricking phones with a replaced home button, although that may be different ones.
