What is this?

I took apart this old computer, and found this inside, I am wondering if anyone knows what it is. It looked to be in what seemed to be the equivalent of a ram slot. Is it worth anything?

Looks like a very old stick of RAM. although as mentioned possibly CPU cache. Couldnt find anything googling the numbers on the chips.

Googled the company and the company isn't even that old

yeah but looking the company seems to make servers among other things, but what is this piece of hardware used for? I can take a picture of an old stick of RAM that looks extremely similar to this tomorrow from some old servers.

Yeah that looks exactly like the old servers/routers/switches the RAM I am thinking of came from.
