I was thinking of overclocking my CPU and GPU but was wondering if it would be worth it. ( http://pcpartpicker.com/list/M3Yrzy ) Mainly overclocking because my frames in Day Z suck inside cities, so I was wondering if it is worth to overclock and if so by how much? First time overclocking. And help or advice is much appreciated.

Yes, it's worth overclocking. It's like free performance at the cost of heat.

You have a nice cooler designed to allow for overclocking.
How much? Just follow a guide for your CPU on Youtube and it's probably that much.

Hey BoogieMunster

As DioOmicida said it is worth overclocking as your cpu cooler is very good and also the processor you have picked has a lot of overclocking head room and your gnu is also very overclockable and i am glad that you have chosen an asrock motherboard as they are very good for overclocking and it is very easy to do.

When overclocking do not change your core voltage above 1.4v and do not change your base clock frequency if you wish to avoid consequences later on. You should look to hit around 4.4 to 4.8GHz. If you do not know exactly how to overlock in the bios watch this video by a good youtuber:
