Mini-ITX vs ATX?

Cant decide if i should build my budget pc (which i intend to sell) in a Mini-ITX or ATX. 
I wish to know what will sell best. (what the buyer would prefer.)

Thats correct. Therefore i will be throwing in some LED fans. 
But again i am not sure on which would sell best/what size the buyer would prefer.

I just noticed that i failed to spell right there, hehe. 

What i meant was: i am not sure on which would sell best/what size the buyer would prefer.

Well alot of people own ATX so ATX, im guessing

But keep in mind that mATX mobos tend to be cheaper.

EDIT: Oh and I do imagine that the Phanteks Enthoo evolv mitx/matx with some nice rgb fans and such would sell great. Good luck!

ATX, slots for extra upgrade path. ITX is small, and here are no upgrade path. It has only 1 x16 slot and that's for the GPU. Some will argue, well you have everything onboard, why you need more slots? To get everything onboard, you'll have to pick the most expensive itx board, grab a cheap one and everything else will be USB adapters. mATX will be something to look at, small and with some upgrade path too.
