Amd driver not working

Hello.I have an r7 250 and i reinstalled my windows.After  the reinstall,i wanted to get the gpu driver.The install went fine and when i want to open the driver i get this crash window    vvv.What's up with it? any fix? http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 7 - 64 <-- the link from where i got the driver.(and yes i have 64bit windows7). I also installed another versions and it was the same...
