Virtual Server Build

Hey All,

 

I am planning on building a Sever with the aim of running it as a virtual server so that I can have a VPN Server, Windows 10, NAS Server and a Media Server running from it and needed some help on what Hardware to get. I need it to be small, Relatively cheap so no more than £600 and be able to run those different tasks. What do you guys think would be best?
