Raspberry Pi Startup Help

Help me please! (Raspberry Pi 3 Model B)

 

Okay, I downloaded NOOBS. Extracted the folder contents onto my 16gb Sandisk MicroSD card. I plugged the power connection into the Pi but nothing is happening? I mean, the red light turns on and thats about it. 

"Ravioli Ravioli give me the Formuoli"
