Glitched Steam web browser typeface

My Steam web browser no longer shows smooth typeface lettering on pages where the browser is required.

This is occurring for a few days now, let me show you an example:

You see? This annoys me, because i use the browser on the Steam in-game overlay, it just doesn't look right...

I tried it before you saying, it created me another problem, i lost the install files from the SSD, thus making me lose GTA V.

Now i need to download that 65gb file all over again, on my 2mb connection...

PS: Due to utter incompetence, i should've read the warning before trying to uninstall

It actually might have kept the games, you might just have to reinstall them not redownload them.

No, it did uninstall the games on the SSD.

Bonus points that the problem was just made worse, now i have to download my most demanding games all over again and the stupid typeface glitch was not solved.

At least only the games on the SSD were damaged, on the other hand, the games on the HDD are perfectly fine.

Delete steam's appdata folder.

 

Open run and type %appdata% then click local.
