well my problem is that if i boot my PC and go to the bios i dont get the hole bios i have only get to see black and if i strafe the mouse i can see something i wanna know what is wrong

and i think its my TV but than i tried it on another one and it did the same

Try reseting the cmos anremoving or replacing some of the ram. Also try a different gpu if you have one.

i found a light and it is for an error and it show me for the boot device what does that mean

Check that the video card is plugged into the PCI-e completely. If that doesn't change anything, remove it and use the onboard graphics. If the issue is gone you can confirm that it is the GPU. If not, then it could be the monitor or (HDMI?) cable.

could be none of those GPU is correctly installed but i gave it to a expert over so dont worry he is gonna say it
