Possible Asus 980 Strix issues

So... I've got issues where my system will randomly disable win 7's aero theme stuff and the GPU will start jumping from like 80% + usage then back to 0 in like a second of an interval from each other... Anyone else had this kind of issues with the Asus 980 Strix card, and able to fix it? Or is it even the graphics cards problem at at?

 

When it happens every now and then, sometimes it'll come back to normal in less than a min but in other times i need to reboot my pc to fix this... Any ideas guys?

install DDU and reinstall fresh drivers?

Doesn't help you much but ditto to what he said, I've had two for the last year and three months and they've been flawless but I've only ran 8,8.1 and W10 too.

Hmmm maybe i might DDU and see reinstall drivers first and see what happens
