How important is it to match the same speed as my core clock?

Specs atm:

100.00 x 42

1.900 VCCIN

1.230 VCore/CPU Voltage

STABLE

(Pretty bad chip I know)

But my CPU Ring/Cache is set to Auto (3.9Ghz) and the Voltage is at Auto

If i try to raise the clock and the voltage to match the cores, it will blue screen during a stress test.

How should I approach this problem?

what do you mean by raising the clock and voltage to match the cores?

if its stable with acceptable temps, its stable.

The clock of the ring bus which is different to the core clock speed.

You have the ability to alter it on Haswell.

Referring back to the OP

what's volts did you try for the ring?

I tried 1:1 to everything

If Vcore was 1.230, the CPU cache voltage was 1.230
