Best (quiet) fan under 10$

Anyone Know any good fans under 10$?

I have these ugly loud stock corsair fans, that came with my SPEC-02...

any who, anyone got some nice fans for that kind of cheep money?

I need 2x140 for the front of my case/going in. And 1x120 fan for going out.

also is there any replacement fans for a 212 EVO for under 10?

What kind of dollars are you using?

Have you tried lowering fan speeds?

They look like a decent option, as long as you rub then on low RPMs they should be pretty quiet.
