This guide isn't very detailed.

It's not a rule, just guidelines. It's not like I have to help everyone that ASKS IN ALL CAPS FOR HELP. Especially when he needs a ''SKYLINE CPU''.

hehe he'll need a lot of money for a skyline cpu. either a nissan skyline, or a city skyline.

Anyway, wait for Polaris to emerge. AMD is probably going to offer better products for your price range than NVIDIA (who themselves are focusing on high-end for now).
