Recording while uploading to ftp?

I don't know if im in the right place but has to do with recording so data files...

I want to record & auto upload/upload while recording to one of my servers via ftp.

I have a program that kinda does this ShareX but it does not capture sound and is not the best looking.

If anyone knows a program or something I can use to do this such thing, please let me! <3
