Thought on new audio setup?

So I'm planning to buy this setup pretty soon. Was wondering about others' thoughts and recommendations. I chose the M40X's because I can't afford the M50X's and I want closed back.

 

Headphones: Audio-Technica ATH-M40X

Mic: Audio-Technica AT2020

Boom Arm/Shock Mount/Pop Filter: Wanway Microphone Stand/Shock Mount/Pop Filter

Phantom Power: InnoGear 1- Channel 48V Phantom Power Supply

Cables: Cable Matters Female XLR to 3.5mm

             Your Cable Store XLR to XLR Cable

Seems fine i guess although i would go with the m20X instead (also closed back), but im not a audiophile so thats probably why

If you can't swing a proper audio interface, I advise just going with the USB version of that microphone.
