yeah my Motherboard CPU LED comes on sometimes when i wake it from sleep or power it on theirs no display screen & when this happens i have to hold my power button to restart my PC then it comes on with the resuming windows screen like i put it in hibernation i never had this happen before also my R4 blue LED won't blink on & off when PC goes into sleep mode like it used to do & should need help with this i don't want to RMA this Board.

couple of things can you reply with your system specs?  do you experience the problems on cold boots too, or just from sleep?  do you have hybrid sleep enabled under windows, you can find this out by looking at the power profiles under advanced sleep settings?  what bios version are you on?  do you have a samsung ssd drive as it will not work with hybrid sleep.  I have read if you disable internal pll overvoltage this fixes cold boot and sleep issues, but this was on another motherboard.  google internal pll overvoltage sleep issues
