Computer freezes randomly

I made a new computer recently and had no problems. I started having some problems later on which still hasn't been answered in my other post but I am mainly wondering about this. My computer seems to freeze whenever it wants. It doesn't happen all the time, only once every other day or so but enough to get me thinking. Today, when I got home I started up my computer and got to the log in section. But I noticed it was frozen. I was able to move the mouse but not click on anything or type. The Hard Drive wasn't active either. I did a restart and everything seemed fine after that. However, about 10 minutes in, I was in my browser and was dragging the application over when it froze again. Once again, the Hard Drive was not active. It was frozen for about 15-20 seconds and then went back to normal. I have run Memory tests, I have used sfc /scannow, I have done a disk error check, I have looked into the event logs of the time it froze and there were no issues. I have also cleaned my registry. On top of that I just installed Prime95 and did a quick 10 minute stress test with no problems. My computer seems to have a lot of small problems as stated in the post that wasn't answered, but I can't figure out what they all lead to. The unanswered topic is this: https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/56107-frozen-startups/#entry757155

My specs are in my Signature.

P.S. All drivers are up to date.

No new hardware.

But, I have noticed this alot. When my computer starts up and I log in, Tenda Internet pops up all the time and I just close it down. However,(about a week ago) After I click on on the first Tenda message it says "Failed to enable ICS. It hasn't effected my internet though.

Recent would be:

9/24/13: Chunky (minecraft render software) I have had this before on my laptop no problems. It's not something that runs in the background, only when opened.

9/22/13: GIMP (my photoshop Alternative) Again, not something that runs in background, have had on my laptop before also.

9/22/13: Adobe Reader XI (obvious)

In fact all programs I have had on my laptop before so there is no new software I have never had before.

Didn't even notice you had an ssd, Well since there is no new hardware or software. It sounds like a malicious software kinda thing.

I have scanned before with no viruses. I wish I was able to figure out why this is happening. All these problems hopefully lead to one solution somehow, I don't know.
