Get your display fixed. It'd probably be better to take it to a local PC/laptop/smartphone repair shop rather than shipping it to Lenovo to fix it. Dell wanted $450 to fix the screen in my Alienware (link below) not including taxes or anything, so I took it to a guy who works about 5 minutes from my house and he fixed it for 40% of that.

If it doesn't interfere with the use of your machine I wouldn't bother doing anything.

Probably nothing to worry about

(IF it is only flickering picture-black-picture. If it looks like Stricker's above, then you should get the screen replaced)
