The GPU i have now is the original gtx 750ti (Nvidia) so the fan is only in the middle of the card and that is no problem but the card i planning to upgrade to (Gigabyte GTX 970 mini) has a bigger heatsink and that is what im wondering if it will fit or the MB heatsink is in the way.

Take a loock at the PCI-E 16x connector as scale help, and the heatsink is pretty high when i look at it when i open the case.
