Upgrading

The GPU i have now is the original gtx 750ti (Nvidia) so the fan is only in the middle of the card and that is no problem but the card i planning to upgrade to (Gigabyte GTX 970 mini) has a bigger heatsink and that is what im wondering if it will fit or the MB heatsink is in the way.

As long as the heat sink isn't a lot taller than the PCIe slot itself, you should be fine. But from the look of things on the picture, it looks like it won't interfere.

How do you expect us to get the dimensions of the mobo with a picture thats not up to scale , just get a tape measure and measure the space in between the heat sink and the slot , then find the dimensions of the card online

Take a loock at the PCI-E 16x connector as scale help, and the heatsink is pretty high when i look at it when i open the case.
