can I save my hdd

i'm going to build a new computer and but I need  hard drive from my old pc which is showing this image down below  after showing the error my pc restarts and again after some time it again restarts. I don't know what has happened to my pc , but few days back my antivirus was simultaneously blocking some window's software or applications . I think it might be because of antivirus , anyways, I'm building new pc but I want my files, important documents back , can I save them any how

Try using a boot CD to access the hard drive. a good one would be hirens boot CD.
