High APU Temps

So I have an A10-6800K cpu and have been using it for about 3 years. The only problem I have is that when I run cinebench it goes all the way up to 97C, and it idles in the 70s. I am using Speccy to see the temps. When I use AIDA64 the idle temp is about 35C. Im so confused as to whats going on. I already took off my Cooler Master Hyper TX3 cooler and put on new thermal paste and it only dropped about 7 degrees. Help...

Use realtemp or coretemp, they are one of the mor reliable ones.
