I was told you shouldn't defrag SSDs so should I do something about this?

I'd not do it as it doesn't matter with read/write speeds.

Main gaming pc: Lian-Li Lancool II Mesh Performance - Ryzen 5 5600X - MSI GTX1080Ti Armor - AMD Wraith Spire RGB - ASUS TUF Gaming B550 Plus - Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 2x8GB 3200MHz - 500GB M.2 (and a few other drives)

Gaming laptop: ASUS GL552VW: i7 6700HQ - GTX960M 2GB - 8GB DDR4 2166Mhz RAM - 1TB 7200RPM HDD

umm. i do those once in awhile. it wont have a significant effect if you don't somehow do the impossible and have the entire drive fucked. i don't think you will get any improvement on read/write speeds, if you do, they will be SMALL. you can do that however, it's not the same as defragging.

...i think that is for running trim commands on the ssd...(dont quote me on that one tho)

I'm fairly sure that it's  just a manual trim command. Windows should be taking care of that for you
