Chrome not going full screen?

when i press full screen this happens

That happens to me a lot of the time but it undoes itself randomly so I've just come to accept it and F11 fullscreen if needed.

I think it's a Chrome specific issue only. Vivaldi hasn't had that issue so maybe something's up with how Chrome handles YouTube?

Has been happening to me too, entirely random. Will go away after several chrome restarts.

Must be something else going on because I've used Chrome on Win7 + Win10 and have never had an issue with fullscreen in YT.

Does it go away if you go to windowed and back to fullscreen?

it only happens when i cast. i never have that problem.
