is their a way to just fold using my GTX 760 and not my 980+ cpu? so i can game and stuff when folding

Yes, you can select which GPU you want F@H to fold with.

Click on 'Configure' and go to the 'Slots' tab. From there you can add and remove devices you want to fold on.
