Looking for some help and information on mouse tracking... I have the steel series 4D mouse pad also a generic mouse pad also have a MSI DS200 Mouse and also a steel series v3 optical mouse. On both my laptop MSIGe72 2QE and Desktop MSI M7 motherboard I5 6600k 4.6 8x2 Ripsaws Msi 980ti..... the mouse will not move smoothly it is very pixelated movement is what I call it. I see other peoples mice move very smoothly but I have tried everything windows setting are 6 for speed and mouse precision is disabled  also ran the software that gets rid of mouse acceleration while this did help with big movements being precise is very hard I'm always fighting to get a shot. I have tried every setting in game and out of games all the dpi settings everything deleted drivers reinstall them. I really need someones help on this. Its like the mice are stuttering or pauseing for a fraction of a second also seems like it gets locked onto the pixel and small movements do not bring me to the target .

Do you have the mouse set at 1000 Hz polling rate?

Some mouse with mediocre sensor cannot handle 1000 Hz and usually would cause erratic movement. Bumping it down to 500 Hz is usually pretty safe.

If it's anything else then it might be defective and should RMA it.
