Free up space SSD

Hi guys i just installed windows 10 and i want to free up some space on my ssd are these logs,installation files,etc are unnecessary?

unless you're planning on returning to an older version you once had then no. You can clear all that with no ill effects to your current system.

i always remove all of those. you don't need them unless you wan't to return to older version of windows or some crap like that. that is wasted space i suggest u remove all that junk
