bootsect question.

So i used windows usb tool to put my windows on my usb. But after all the files were copied i got a message saying unable to run bootsect.exe to make the drive bootable(something like that) but i looked in the usb and found bootsect.exe do i need to manually run this. Also while doing this avira stopped an autoexec but after i changed the settings i redid it and it didnt stop it this time. So is it bootable or what do i need to do to make it bootable?

good luck I've messed with usb windows os disks and never gotten much in the way of successes. I know if can be done but I'm not good enough with the code or something.
