I get this error every time an i cant make anything out it i know the crash is in the updater but i dnt know why :

Might be blocked by firewall, or exe is broken. Have you tried reinstalling the app?

yes any times i contacetd support even they just said "We cant solve the problem please reinstall windows" i aint gonna do that..

Everytime when you what? Why do you know that the updater is the problem?
