Hey guys, for anyone who saw my previous post I have now installed my os on the raid array I successfully set up between my two SDD's (Yay, something worked for once. Lol) I now cannot see my auxiliary hard drive in my freshly installed Windows (WD blue 1tb) which I had backed up my précis os to so I could restore from it. Now I can't see it, I can't restore from it either. :( anyone have any ideas?? It's plugged in OK, and tried a different sata port on the motherboard as well with no avail. I'm thinking it may be something to do with my motherboard being set to raid and it is now not reading the single drive??

go to your bios and look if the drive is detected there. it could be that the motherboard is set to only listen to your raid controller. look for settings on letting other drives be detected to.

I can see it in the bios, and can also see in device manager in Windows, it's just not showing in my file manager?
