Hello! I just got my hands on a NZXT Phantom case for my server, I know it`s a big gaming case but I needed something else :P
I tried to use my old 200w FSP Group PSU but my 12v 4pin and 24pin motherboard cables were just too short....
So I ordered a Corsair VS450 450w PSU, and without thinking of it, I don`t know how much power I actually need......

Specs:
CPU: Core 2 Quad Q9400 @2.66GHz
Mobo: Asus P5P43TD/USB3

should be plenty. but remember that psu is not stable. it won't last too long under continuos load.
